{"id":3124,"date":"2018-03-04T21:21:55","date_gmt":"2018-03-04T20:21:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lystfiskerforening.dk\/?p=3124"},"modified":"2018-03-05T18:35:05","modified_gmt":"2018-03-05T17:35:05","slug":"generalforsamling-referat-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lystfiskerforening.dk\/?p=3124","title":{"rendered":"Generalforsamling &#8211; Referat 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Generalforsamlingen blev afholdt i OSF lokaler p\u00e5 Stampem\u00f8llen.<\/p>\n<p>Ca. 25 medlemmer var m\u00f8dt op til \u00e5rets generalforsamling i Odder Sportsfiskerforening (OSF), hvilket gav en god og konstruktiv debat.<\/p>\n<p>Christian \u201dCrede\u201d Kjeldsen b\u00f8d og forestod punkt i dagsordenen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>1) Valg af dirigent:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Ejner Nygaard blev valgt.<\/li>\n<li>Ejner takkede for valget og kunne konstatere, at generalforsamlingen var rettidig indkaldt og beslutningsdygtig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>2) Valg af referent:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael Vittrup S\u00f8rensen blev valgt som referent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>3) Formandens beretning:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Christian \u201dCrede\u201d Kjeldsen aflagde p\u00e5 vegne af formanden beretning for \u00e5ret 2017. Der blev fanget 126 \u00f8rreder, lidt mindre end \u00e5ret f\u00f8r.<\/li>\n<li>Vi betaler dkk. 12,5 pr. senior medlem for medlemskab af \u00d8LF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Klubbladet v\/ Niels J\u00f8rgen Nielsen:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Niels J\u00f8rgen oplyste, at der er mange og gode indl\u00e6g til klubbladet, men det er lidt en kamp at f\u00e5 medlemmer til at skrive til bladet, og som regel i sidste \u00f8jeblik.<\/p>\n<p>Niels J\u00f8rgen opfordrede til, at man frivilligt kom med indl\u00e6g til bladet og helst i bedre tid s\u00e5 bladet ikke skal redigeres i sidste \u00f8jeblik.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>6) Indkommende forslag:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Bestyrelsen fremlagde forslag til \u00e6ndringer til OSF vedt\u00e6gter, samt tilf\u00f8jelse af \u00a710 og \u00a711.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c6ndringer samt tilf\u00f8jelse vedtaget.
